Was "All the Fun of the Fair" ever completed?

It is reference as the sequel to Shower of Silver part of "'Asolade Campaign".

I'm working on it, honest.

I managed to get the latest version laid out in .pub over the weekend. I'll need time to collate my notes and the playtest feedback, and after that there's the maps too be done.

I'm still organizing all my downloads from all the Harn Sites and various print outs from a almost a decade ago,

Per my PDF dates:
Shower of Silver 3/25/07
Assolade Hundred 4/21/08
Jedes 6/17/08

So I guessed that I missed it.

When I first looked at this post I read "latest version laid out in the pub over the weekend" and I thought "Cool, Neil has a great spot to work on his Harn stuff!".
