There are a lot of great extra spells around that you don't find in the magic rules - you only have to check out the download section in Lythia.com. Is there any way I can add them to a character in the Character Tool, or better still to the spell list?

Hi Shane - assuming you are using Character Tool 3, this is the way to add spells:
1. Go to settings (Menu Edit=>Settings)
2. Select the Shek Pvar Tab
3. Select "Edit spells".
4. Select the button "Create New Spell".
5. After entering information, select Save Changes.

This will make new spells available for all characters.

I have sucessfully added some spells, and also unarmed combat to the weapons list
