While I'm pleased a Chat function has been added, I'm a little perturbed at the password requirements. Needing to have a capital letter, a number, and some sort of punctuation in my password just to "chat" at Kelestia is just plain silly.
Sure, this might be a safer method for those that order items, but I got be honest and tell you - I'd much prefer to pick up the phone - call you and order that way. So security for using a simple chat function ain't no big deal.
Oh, and No, I don't allow my computer to store my passwords.

Kelestia.com doesn't have password "requirements". When you sign up, the system does provide *suggestions* to help you pick a secure password - but if you want a less secure password, you can choose one. Please feel free to login now and change your password to something you can remember more easily.
If we don't require people to log-in to use HârnChat (just as you are required to login to post here or just about anywhere else), we would be flooded with bots and spam and the HârnChat server would crash....
We hope you enjoy this free service.

PS - as for "picking up the phone and ordering", you might find that quite challenging, as Kelestia Productions is a 'virtual' organisation, with unpaid volunteer staff spread all across the globe. I'm in New Zealand, and our webmaster is in Germany. If you wish to call me, I'll happily give you my phone number
