Hi Everyone,

I'm preparing an adventure for IviniaCon V that involves searching for the "Wind Pony", the ship that investigated the disappearing Ivinian colony in the Afarezirs, and ultimately try to find out what happened to the said colony.

In the first part of the scenario, the PCs might want to go to Gyfyn (Orbaal) to search for clues (a later colony that was evacuated because of starvation was funded by Jurin Djagg, the Valhakar of Gyfyn). As Gyfyn has not yet been developped either in canon or fanon form, could someone point me to an Orbaalese/Ivinian thran that has been developped, and that I could substitute for it? Gyfyn being a sideshow in the adventure, I don't want to spend too much time working on it, and an existing settlement would be perfect (I thought about Turenborg, in Hârnmanor, but it's not coastal).

Thank you in advance for the help.

Cheers,

Roland

Try The Trisa Pirates from the Dark Rethem Series.

Thanks Michael, but the Tirsa settlement is too pirate-specific. I need a standard thran, with preferably the sea on the north or east, given Gyfyn's situation.

Cheers,

Roland

If you need just only a village map, so i got one.
Higher resolution available, text replacable.

In Harn pottage 1 there is the 'wilderness settlement'....it is a few buildings behind a palisade and ergo looks a bit like a Thraan.

In Harn Pottage III there is the 'generic village'; which has a hexagonal wooden 'keep' which might take some explaining...

Nice map, Sard. I would just need to reverse the N/S axis and it would be in perfect orientation for my purpose. Then maybe I could use the text from Turenborg...

Could you send it to me please? I'll forward my email by PM.

Failing that, I'll probably use "Genheim", an Orbaalese thran published in Thonahexus 6.

Peter, thanks for the advice but the Pottage villages are too generic for what I want (and not coastal either, if my memory serves).

Thanks to all - I'm still open to suggestions if you have any.

Cheers,

Roland

Whilst I am in Pottage mode....the Jarin hamlet in III is coastal. Cut and paste a clanhouse and Robert is your Fathers brother.
