Hello all

My current campaign came to an unforseen and sudden stop this monday evening when my PC's got their asses kicked really good by a couple of Morgathian priests. They should have been able to defeat the priests, but lack of tactical initative and bad luck made three of four PC's gulmorvrus, and we decided to end the campaign. And this was only a sidetrack in my campaign, *sigh*.

Well, now i'm thinking about where to place the new campaign and have my eyes on Rethem. The PC's will probably be an unaffiliated band of moral flexibility, which give me the possibility to invovle them in the dirtier sides of Rethemi politics.

Now i wonder if someone has any good plot hooks/ideas for Rethem? Any ideas small or large are graciously accepted!

/Michael

I had never really used Rethem in my games, but in discussions with others it seemed like a neat place to use. Thus, when I wrote the Maiden Of Deya for IviniaCon I set it in the North-central coastal area of Rethem. It is an introductory level adventure for 4-5 players (as it stands). If you are just starting a game, it will give your players a home and an first adventure.

You can get it in PDF format at

Thanks Nick

I had already downloaded it, but haven't had the time to read it yet. I'll have a look.

Don't forget to have the ex-PCs-now-gulmorvin show up stumbling around the streets of Golotha schlepping for the Morgathian priests. It'll bring a tear to your players' eyes, and what a reunion it'll be.

I wonder if the players would be interested in freeing the souls of their old PCs? Maybe the surviving PC fetches some family or friends to help?

I don't think the PC want to set foot in that particular place éver again...

Further more i'm changing the setting of the campaign. Earlier the PC's were associated with Checkered Shield, now they will be an aúnaffiliated band of cutthroats. But i still think a subtle reunion can be fun...
