In the forum software, when someone creates a new topic under any forum, that subject line becomes the topic's title in the forum indexes. If you create a new topic, please make your subject line as meaningful as possible, so that others who scan the forum index and figure out exactly what it's about.

In addition, if you substantially change the topic under discussion, make a new thread. Don't just continue the old thread, because the topic becomes misleading. I can separate out these as the moderator, but I simply do not have the time nor the inclination to do so.
