Me? God knows I wish the game was in Swedish so I too could write and contribute to the magic. Have'nt done much more than having money to spend on art to colour an already impeccable project, and enjoying the ride you have created. It's you who we all drink to! Skål Alun, and keep it up mate! Do not doze in the garden. And if you do. Bring the laptop! ;-)

I am interested in running this adventure soon, any chance the FFF characters will be available.

Yes, soon. Hoping to wrap them up before/shortly after IviniaCon, which is due next weekend.

I hope Anders and I (and some of the players who have playtested it?) will be able to spend a little time in the cracks in IviniaCon tieing up the loose ends. I've made the mistake of predicting a release date too often here but I'd very much like to get the revised HoD out straight after IviniaCon swiftly followed by parts 2 and 3, subject to playtest feedback.

How quickly after that the final part appears depends a little on how the playtest(s) in Lund goes and whether Anders and the guys have tiome to play it in the Autumn!

The new illustrated version of Heart of Darkness is with Peter so hopefully he'll have a chance to put it up on Lythia.com shortly.

Anders has sent me the playtest notes for Root of All Evil so I hope that will join it soon.

Hi Allan,

Yes, you are right. There are a bundle of FFF-formated pre-made characters in the making but things in real life delayed their scheduled birthdate from pretty much yesterday to sometime before xmas. Thanks for asking again - it kicks my butt in the right direction.

What he said.

Anders is turning the PCs his players playetested with into FFF's but we thought we should get out what there was rather than waiting for all the pieces to come together.

Hi Allan,

Unless something unexpected happens I think the upload is imminent . Alun was doing the finishing last minute touches to it the other day, so I think you can be safe to expect it soonish.

/Anders

Something unexpected did happen! I use Bullzip to turn Wrod docs into pdfs. I've just moved to Word2010 and the resulting pdf I sent to Peter had various letters missing throughout the text.

I'm going to try again but if anyone has experience of anything similar then any suggestions are welcomed.

Not had the exact problem, myself. I have used PDFCreator or CutePDF in the past to create PDF files; both were free downloads when I tried them. Not had any problems with either one. I can fire up my copy of Adobe Acrobat and create a PDF for you if needed.

I can also drop the original Word document into InDesign and create a clean PDF that way too. It's a bit more work than just a straight print to PDF that the others do, but the results are ... well, professional. :)

Thanks all - I've just sent you a revision, Peter, which I think solves the porblem. If not I may take you up on the Acrobat offer.

Hello,
Peter will this show up on Lythia's main page as a new post, or only at the actual download page?
Thanks
Allan

It's much too big to attach here.
PM me with an email address and I'll try to send it to you direct.

A darkened room, lit only by the computer monitor. Red rimmed eyes and wheezing breath, muttering "Soooon, they said it would be here soon. Months and years have come and gone; and still they promise soon. When will it be precious, when will it be ..."

Just couldn't hold it back any longer.

Sorry to be a pain, did you get my PM and email address?
Still checking Lythia but nothing seems to have changed.

Oh bugger. I knew I'd forgotten something.

Version 5 of PERAN: Heart of Darkness is now up and available.
