The Upper East Side city block is situated in Tashal, the Kaldoran capital. Home to a sizable population of urban labourers to petty nobles. With artwork by Richard Luschek, this large block has over 30 buildings mapped out. Due to the size of these packages, the entire collection has been broken into three different packages.
