The HârnMaster Equipment Record is a blank Microsoft Excel spreadsheet with several tabs for players to record what their characters have with them. It is not a character sheet, just an inventory of all their possessions. There are a number of tabs:

- Equipment_Money Tab: Record hard currency, usurers’ notes, and other equipment
- More_Items Tab: For the hoarders
- Weapon_Animals Tab: Track weapons, ammo, and the actual statistics of your animal companions
- Books_Gems_Potions_Herbs Tab: A spot for the generated items found in the Treasure section of the rule book
- Armor Tab: Calculate daily wear and combat armor (this assumes characters don’t wear their combat armor all the time…eeewww!)
