Born on the 12th of Nuzyael (Lado), Amerak was the first son to Cidd and Beasa Nordaka. He has three siblings, all girls. Two have married lesser Nordaka nobles and the third was secretly sent off to join the Laranian clergy in Shiran.

Amerak grew up in Telen, and the small town of Jeg where his mother and father reside as land owning nobles of the Nordaka clan. A calm child, Amerak quickly found an affinity for the sword. At 16 he joined the legion and served his four years as part of the Tala Gravis (heavy calvary). Declining a career in the Red Guard, he became an assistant to his cousin Cobart, and they rose to the Senate together.

Amerak Nordaka married Saluna, and had two children, Amera and Josephine, born in 658, exactly one year after their marriage. Salune resides in Jeg in the summer, and spends the winter in either Telen or Coranan to be with her husband. Currently 30, he is a powerful and well protected man. He has dark skin, blue eyes and brown hair. He stands 5'8" tall and is of average build. He is quite handsome and has a pleasant speaking voice He has a way with words that is only just matched by his mastery with the broadsword.
