Knee Boots (Leather , Weight: 3.8) Tunic(Cloth, Weight: 5.5) |
Born in a small town in the Telen district, Lobir was drawn to Coranan before he was 12. Trade along the roads near his town made the big city seem so enticing. His father, a slave-clothier to the Kardan clan, was relatively glad to see him go as his family had nothing to offer him except a life time of slavery. In the city he found employment with a clothier in the merchant district; but was soon sold to the Lia-Kavir to pay off the merchants outstanding debts with the local gangs.
Angry and humiliated at being treated like a slave, he was one of the six who burned the merchants shop the next night. As a member of the prostigious Coranan Gang, Lobir felt secure and powerful. He was a reasonably good pick pocket, prefering to work the market place for purses rather than attempt the second-story jobs. When he met Sir Rutgar of Howard a few years ago, they hit it right off and began to scheme. Lobir agreed to become a slave in Vurnt of Masane's household and a spy for Rutgar. He realizes the irony in the fact that his life has come full circle, but expects this time to get rich from the scheme.
Narrow minded and shallow, Lobir can be a dangerous foe. He has no qualms against killing - either secretly with poision, or outright in combat. He is a layman in the religion of Wealth's worry (Naveh.) The religion appeals to his inner sense of chaos, destruction, and greed. He is willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done - and let others worry about the consequences.
Albino Johnny Mnemonic in a dark fantasy setting - selling himself instead of his memory for a better life.
Lobir wears a dirty, armless tunic that falls to his knees. It is tied around the waiste by a braided cord. On the cord hang a small purse, a dagger and a scroll case. His legs are bare, and on his feet are a pair of well-worn sandles. He has a mean countanance, that can only be hidden with great effort. His white hair is almost grey from dirt, and his red eyes make him easy to spot in most crowds.
