Meaintin of Nordaka is the political appointee for the region (the Magistrate/District Legar). He serves at Telen and is directly responsible to Amark Nordaka.

Born on the 2nd of Navek (Skorus - Masara Cusp), he is the eldest of two children. He was adopted by Gainnius and Nerraina when his father (Gres) died while serving in Ramala. His mother, Haura, died while giving birth to him.

Meaintin stands 6'1" tall and is of average build and frame. He has brown hair, brown eyes and a medium complexion. His hair is worn fashionably long (to shoulder length) in the back, but shorn short along the sides. Mea got along well with his three foster siblings, and now assures they are all well placed within the local governmental hierarchy.

Mea lives a quiet life and expects to be married in the coming year to Dewses of clan Pessed. His father's estates are being managed by a steward who looks forward to the presence of the young master and his new wife just after their marriage.

The lands, just south of Telen, are sufficiently fertile to provide Mea a good living, if he needed the money. The estate almost runs itself (Tridor, the steward, is very good at his job) and the money is deposited with a banker in Telen for safe keeping. Mea hopes to be able to provide for his son's education and political or marshal career.
