This is Portuna's first year with Master Cirus. She serves with Silulus, and needs the extra money to help support her family in Kuseme. Portuna is quiet and reserved, but seems to enjoy Silulus's presence more than most of the troupe. Portuna is 22 and still uncertain how to deal with the advances of non-legionnaires.

Born on the 15th of Savor (Tai) in 700TR, she was an only child. Her father died when she was 6 in a work-related accident, and her mother when she was 12 from fever. Fortunately she had an elderly aunt who looked after her until she was 16 and could join the legion. She still has the habit of biting her nails when nervous. She sends part of her pay home regularly to help her aunt raise her eight children and support a drunken lout.

She stands at the middle height (5'4") with an average frame, weighing 134lbs. She has an average complexion with pale brown hair and brown eyes. Most describe her as being mousy and seeming not to fit in the standard legion armour. She is competent at what she does, but not great at it. No instructor ever found a motivation that would work with her. Unfortunately neither has she.

Personal Belongings

Like Silulus, her belongings are all in a backpack and all appear to have come from the legion.
