Sena is sometimes called "Second" Nordaka for his ways of standing to assist Cobar's points and beliefs. A few times Sena has wowed the audience with a stunning verbal challenge and lecture, but most people assume he's bought them from struggling litigants rather than written them himself (which he has.) Sena is a genius, when he applies himself. But his claims of how to deal with Ramala - dealing fairly with the tribesmen, offering them a place among the legions - having them turn upon each other - are all fantastic drivel to the other senators.

He was born on the 3rd of Savor in 690 to Dairart and Roldindena Nordaka. He is an only child who did not get along well with his father. Accused of Kleptomania at a young age, an affliction has gotten Sena into trouble more than once. Since the age of eight, Sena has had two slaves that constantly watch his hands. Anything Sena picks up and pockets, they fish out and return. Now in his thirties, the problem seems to be at last lessening.

Sena married Sussanio Pessed when he was 25 and fresh out of the legion as a junior officer (Manus). They married for political reasons but have come to love one another. Their lack of children seems to bother Sussanio, but Sena jokes that with his job he does not need children.

Sena and family usually summer with his parents in Zeman, or in Telen. His family residence in Coranan is along the north wall. When the senate is in session, he often hosts his cousins, Cobar and Amerak.
