Dear Mother and Father,
It has been a while since I have given you news of me and my various endeavors. Let's begin with the pleasantries, my tenasi and I are doing well. We are often sent away on missions from which we return victorious and whole. So you need not worry for me. All of them are being plagued by their parents to marry and I find myself rather lucky that you have always given me free reign over my choice. Something for which I want to thank you.
I have also received father's plans for the expansion of his shop. I hope you don't consider me a partner in this business, seeing as Helen will be the better choice to take up the workshop and store. I have by the way already asked for time off to be present at her wedding. I hope preparations are going well. Do you need anything from the area? I'll be more than happy to get it for you. I hope she has received the bottle of perfume If she hasn't guessed, it's for the wedding.
As for my quest for true love, Kalindae has asked me to court her daughter instead of her. As I have said I would do anything she asked of me, and thus, I have agreed. As I send this letter to you, I am also sending one to Amelia, the Lady in question. Which bring me to another reason for my letter. I have a request for yet another present. This time for Lady Amelia. I need a leather throw cushion with secret compartments. Let your imagination run wild as to what those should be. Lady Amelia has a red and gold receiving room in which there are many pillows to sit on and chat. She has however nothing that makes quill and paper or even a small dagger handy yet discreet. I'm sure Lepidus can help you with ideas.
How is our young mage doing. Perhaps n'2 would like to visit once he has a chance. There are many people with whom he could discuss their common interests with. There is also a young lady I would be pleased to introduce him too, should he be curious. She is the daughter of the local weaver and seamstress. Should they get along, I'm sure he'll be able to take matters into his own hands. I even believe you may have received a letter from the girl's mother a while back, her name is Carissa.
Anyway, that's all the news I currently have. Should you need payment for the present, please let me know. I'll be more than happy to send whatever you require I love you all and miss you regularly..
Your son, trying to make you proud
Antonius
P.S.:You will all be pleased to know fl ,t I have bean knighted' in a quick and spontaneous ceremony. I would truly appreciated you passing on the news to Sir Matthew.
