- Declared by Saurach, it baned all religions except Agrik. Saurach used
it in an attempt to create an Agrikan tehocrady. In 491 he banned all other
religions wihtin the empire, but as assasinated within hours by a female
assailant. The church of Agrik went into a two centry decline following
